Our web site runs on a Sun Solaris 8 system, and is served by the following technologies:

Layout and design

Our layout and design is powered by WordPress, and is hosted by Yahoo!  This site uses XHTML and CSS2 for its layout properties, styling, and creation. JavaScript support and the free Adobe Reader are required to view this site’s full contents.

Photography

Our photographs are all taken with our two digital cameras and are hosted either here on the site, or on Flickr, a free Yahoo! service. Our main camera is a Canon PowerShot SD400, set to an exposure time of 0.017 sec (1/60), apeture f/2.8, and focal length 5.8 mm. All our pictures are saved with JPEG compression.

We use Google Analytics to record site visits, hits, and downloads on an aggregated and on a monthly basis. You may see evidence of this in terms of data being transferred by an embedded script.
